When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie that's amore!

So the gym was actually a raging success, my friend Beth and I are doing this healthy thing together so working out was so fun. We did an actual hour of exercise, I am so proud of us! I genuinely sweat too that has got to be a good sign right?

So any way I got home and was ravenous! And there is no parents to cook me food so I decided to make vegetarian pasta.. and here's how to do it!

Chop up three button mushrooms, a stick of celery and half a courgette,

put vegetables into a hot pan, with no oil.. remember this is a healthy recipe!

Put as much pasta as you'd like into a pan add water and a shake of salt.. we all know how you make pasta!

once the pasta is fully cooked to you're licking and the vegetables are cooked right for you (I like my vegetables relatively crunchy so I let them cook for about 5 minutes) add in you're chosen sauce to the pasta, I like knorrs chicken tonight because its really tomatoey and has a kick that ordinary tomato sauce doesn't have.

Once the sauce and pasta is bubbling, add in your vegetables and season...

Stir in well, once this concoction is bubbling you are ready to plate up!

Get a nice big bowl and serve, enjoy with or without cheese.. VIOLA vegetarian pasta a la Alice!

ENJOY!

So you guys I've decided I am going to get healthy! now I'm not talking on a diet to get super model thin or freakishly toned with a set of arms like pop-eye and abs coming out of me like corn on the cobs, I want to just be a little less wobbly and be able to perform in the show in march and not be out of breath. (It also wouldn't be to bad to look smokin' for my caravan holiday with the girls in July! haha)

Its already day two on my healthy mission and I'm doing well, yesterday I even had salad. I had soup of lunch and I'm on my sixth piece of fruit today... I'm Pretty sure my skin is thanking me after last week, where I managed to eat every type of fast food going! I am breaking out so bad!

ANYWAY, I'm off to the gym tonight to start on the de-wobbling of my body! I cant wait to start seeing some results but I'll keep my blog informed of any weight gains (I hope not!) and losses, and if I come across a low fat recipe for cookies I'll defiantly share my secrets with you guys!

(excuse the bad quality photo i am in a rush!)

Baby i just wanna dance, I don't really care..

My very first nail post! I chose something simple to begin, its a sunset or rise with bird detail.

Its so easy to do and can be done on any length of nail.

You will need an orange yellow pink and purple nail varnish.

Paint the bottom of your nail orange (horizontally) and the top purple leaving the middle empty.

Wait until the paint is tacky then where the orange ends, paint the pink covering the purple. Make sure the pink is thin enough so you can still see traces of the purple under it. This will be the clouds.

Wait until dry.

Paint a rising sun shape at the bottom of your nail.

Wait until dry.

If you wish you can then add ray lines coming from the sun (if you have the patients its a challenging job!)

Using a nail varnish pen or black nail varnish and a cocktail stick draw on a small black bird anywhere on the nail..

Then you're finished!

I love this nail design because they were so easy to do and these tropical colours add brightness to any boring crappy day!

I'm fly oh my its a little bit scary..

This look is called 'Palma Violetta'

The whole point of this look is to widen eyes, I chose a colour pallet to compliment blue eyes.

the dark purple colouring on the bottom lash line is a soft replacement from using harsh black eye liner.

.

As well as widening the eyes the purple colours in my pallet compliment the shade of blue,
I used a variation of dark purples pearly purples and damson purples to create my look.

This look is so simple to achieve.....

1. Cover your eyelid in an iridescent or pearly colour, in the shade of your choice (i chose purple).
2. Shade in the lash line with a darker tone of your chosen colour, spreading the colour out evenly over your lid going right down into your tear duct.
3. Draw a thin like along your lash line to add definition.
4. Coat your upper and lower lashes with your favourite mascara.
5. Take an angled eye shadow brush and line the bottom of your eyes with the darkest shade of your chosen colour that you can find.

The eyes are the nipples of the face...

I have so many ideas for logo t-shirt designs, and I finally plucked up the courage, bought some transfer paper.. and viola! my very own logo t-shirt.

"I'd love to stay and chat but i really *moustache*"

do you get it?

From an ugly earth work to a confident ladybird..

There is absolutely no doubting that I have had a serious amount of hair styles and cuts (and not doubt in the fact I am totally vein, don't worry i'm working on it) also i've had a bit of trouble finding a style that suits me and i'm completely happy with, but i am actually finally after all of the experimenting happy with the way I look. This post is a post about my ever growing self confidence within myself and today i have had a particularly happy funny day and i've been feeling good about me! I love my short hair and I am having fun experimenting with light pearl washes for my bleach blonde locks to give them edge. Ilove my layed back style and make-up choices..

This completely and utterly pointless post is just for me to take note;

"I AM HAPPY WITH MY APPEREANCE"

Ok ok now that's off my chest a  little heads up to tomorrows post, i'm thinking nails tomorrow! Either that or an outfit post.. bed for now, sleep well bloggers!
Afternoon bloggers! Oh how strange today has been! Wednesdays are a day in sixth form that is devoted to musical theatre, with three hours of  the stuff. I love the lessons but I get so wound up and excited i'm like a child, and I think I reached the peak of my weirdest today in the common room, like a bottle of fizzy pop!
Then i had art and i calmed down a fair bit then, o lordy I felt so sleepy and disgusting but I got a lot of art done, yay (i suppose). After art I had an after school rehearsal for a show that's going to be performed in march, and I am play Mamma Morton in Chicago and a murderous wife in Cell Block Tango (the shows a mix up of all the musicals. And glee) so I have to play two very sexy, confident, mean characters. It really is a challenge. I'm awkward and happy and meh... character building to day was sooooo funny i have realised being a sexy murderer is so much easier than being a sexy bitch!

Here we are again feel the chemicals kicking in.

Today i am exploring the beauty of orange make-up!
Orangey bronzed eyes with orange lips, this look is subtle enough to wear everyday but still holds an interesting twist.
I call this look 'Farming for Friends'

once i had applied an even base of foundation and translucent powder...

I applied a light bronze colour all over my eyelid then shaded the corners with a slightly darker tone of bronze.

I lined my eyes with liquid eye liner carefully following my lash line from one end of your eye to the other.

Lightly pencil in eye brows to add definition to your eyes.

I used black Kohl pencil to line the bottom of my eyes, only a little is needed as this is a every day look.

Lastly i applied bright orange eye shadow to my lips coating them with clear lip gloss, Vaseline works just as well.

I like this look because it warms my face. I am super pale (borderline vampire) so this look is a nice soft change to wear.

Morning bloggers! home from school early today, I am continuing to believe that media is the most pointless subject ever! I pay £1.35 to get to school  (as i am now considered an adult in society, oh how wrong that is!) all to find out I will be spending an hour doing nothing. awesome. What a waste of my mammy's money!
Ah well home now in the comfort of a cup of tea and Harold Zidler.. nothing like a bit of Moulin Rouge in the morning. ''diamonds are a girls best friend!"
A little heads up another make-up post will be coming your way tonight, and possibly a nail art post tomorrow. Just to add a bit of variety to my ever growing blogg.

Monday 10 January 2011

rah, rah, like a dungeon dragon

So i decided my first post would be a make-up post

2.add colour (i chose denim blue) and a black line along the eyelash line with liquid eye liner

3.draw under the eye (but only to the centre of the eye) with liquid eye liner and smudge with a cotton wool bud

4. apply mascara generously to upper and lower lashes

5.for a indie twist add matt red lips and a scruffy fringe.

4. George vitamin boost lipstick in 'desire'
5.Collection 2000 fast stroke liquid eye liner in 'black'
6. satin liquid foundation from maybaliene in ivory.

Welcome to the jungle..

Good evening bloggers! Hi i'm Mol, most people call me that, to the family members and strangers its Alice Molyneux. Basically I have no idea what my blogg is about or is going to be about but I thought I'd give it a try and see where I end up! I'm interested and fascinated about so many things it is hard to tell where i will end up being interested in theatre, art, body art, fashion and so much more I hope my blogg will be uniquely interesting in its own abstract world!
A little bit to bore you now...
I am 16 and i am in sixth form in a community school, (i know right, how glamorous) I am studying Musical theatre, Textiles, Art and Media. It has to be said Media is the bane of my life but unfortunately its apparently crucial to my career choice, as they say in the theatre the show must go on!
I live in a small village near a little welsh town, 'Abertridwr' (aber-tree-doo) in welsh in mean joining of the three rivers, how quaint! Unfortunately the chavy terrorists who reside here aren't the friendliest of people. My super trooper friends are close by so its not all bad.
I love and I mean I am border line obsessed with Harry Potter, I know character names as if I know them in person the house colours and even some of the spells! EXPECTO PATRONUM! It is the inspiration to my name 'Tap Dancing Spiders' its a line from 'Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban' (''Spiders they want me to tap dance, I don't want to tap dance!'' ''You tell those spiders Ron'' ''Right'').

SO hopefully I'll get the hang of this and i promise my future posts will be more interesting but it would be rude of me not to introduce myself.

Me, Myself and I:
